Standard deliveries within Australia: Using Allied Express
Moraitis Communications have partnered with Allied Express to provide customers with their order within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please note quoted time will be a variable dependent on stock availability.
Domestic Shipping Charges are $12.95
Domestic Shipping charges for Products and other items purchased will vary dependent on weight and preferred delivery method. You will receive email notification regarding final price that will be charged once your postcode has been provided.
Customers who are in remote locations or communities need to allow for extended delivery time. If you find the time to be too excessive please contact Moraitis Communications immediately so we may follow up your order.

Items that are referred to our back order system will normally take longer than 7 working days. Back ordered items will be shipped separately if they are ordered with other in stock items at no additional postage charge.
All domestic shipping of products and accessories are sent via Allied Express using their tracking and trace system. This will record all the registration details for each shipment.
In the instance of a lost or stolen shipment and the product is no longer available a full refund will be provided once all details have been confirmed.
Delayed/Missing or Lost Deliveries:
Moraitis Communications endeavours to take every precaution to eliminate the risk of lost or missing goods by utilising Allied Expresses track & trace system. This enables Moraitis Communications to track the parcel from initial shipment date to the signed system for delivery.
The following should be considered if a delay has occurred with a delivery outside the recommended scope:
- Goods will not be dispatched until receipt of payment has been made and address verification has been received and successfully processed.
- If an Item you have selected is not available at the time of purchase and you have been notified that we are endeavouring to order the product and dispatch as soon as it becomes available to us.

Lost deliveries are an unfortunate part of the online and normal trading industry as mentioned Moraitis Communications endeavours to track as much as possible our products to ensure our customers receive their goods in a timely and satisfactory manner.
If for whatever reason a delivery cannot be located, Moraitis Communications will contact you and will refund you within 24 hours of your notification unless arrangements can be made to secure the same item again to your satisfaction.
Replacement - Lost or stolen parcels will be shipped by Allied Express with no additional charge to the original postage charge.
